Theevioo is seeking confident and compassionate Junior Closers to join their onsite team. In this role, you will engage directly with warm leads, primarily seniors interested in final expense insurance, guiding them toward securing affordable coverage that offers peace of mind. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact while earning uncapped commissions based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and transferred calls from pre-qualified leads with professionalism and empathy.
- Build trust quickly and close sales by communicating clearly, compassionately, and with a sense of urgency.
- Explain final expense insurance plans in simple, reassuring terms to help clients understand their options.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain accurate notes within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

Required Qualifications
- Strong phone presence with excellent persuasive communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, call centers, or specifically in final expense closing is essential.
- Demonstrated motivation to earn a six-figure income while positively impacting clients’ lives.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain accountability.
- High levels of empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others.
